Here are some of what our students and parents had to say about BMKA.
What a great school! Will recommend to anyone who wants their children to learn a martial art skill. All teachers are highly experienced and skilled professionals, they are a dedicated team. Also very flexible as BMKA run a few classes a week at different locations.
I really liked the fact that the first 4 lessons were free so that I could have the chance to see if it was a right for my child. It wasn’t all about the money straight away as many clubs are like that! After having a great teacher showing them the basics my child really enjoyed going, and have since signed up. Really easy to set up and what really helped my decision was that I didn’t feel pressured into joining straight away, and spending loads of money on something that might not have worked out.
I thought a lot of martial arts classes were for children but I was pleasantly surprised to find that BKMA also offer adults classes. It's always something I’ve wanted to do but never really had the time to do. I feel so lucky to have joined this group, I feel much more confident. My fellow class mates are all so friendly and we are always helping each other, whether we are sparring or learning new techniques. 5 Star rating! Thank you BMKA
I joined recently as I wanted to feel healthy and lose some weight. It's something that my friend from work had talked me into, but I’m glad she did, this has been amazing, i feel so much more relaxed and i enjoy learning the different techniques and skills. Im on my yellow belt and can’t wait to keep learning and gaining my other belts. I have noticed that I’m eating healthier and being more active, with this training. Its nice to know that I’m reaching a goal - next belt is my orange!
I've been taking my two daughters to the BMKA class every week for the past year and I can honestly say they have achieved so much already. Everyone at the class, the pupils and the teachers are all so friendly and easy to talk to. They all made my girls feel welcome straight away. I also like the fact that they have so many classes each week which makes it easier to attend if my schedule gets a bit busy. Great school - I would highly recommend it to others.
What an amazing school, I like that BKMA teaches pupils from all ages, genders and backgrounds, it's a mixed class and everyone has always been so supportive and friendly. I mainly attend the class at the Bert Williams Centre in Bilston, I like the flexibility it gives me, as a parent I can stay and watch my child or sometimes I get to go to the gym for the hour knowing they are safe in their class.
My husband grew up learning martial arts himself and I like that fact that my own children are following suit. It's great for keeping my children fit and healthy and building their confidence, they are interacting all the time with the other students which I like. In my opinion BMKA give my children the opportunity to learn an amazing skill, become more disciplined and respectful and most importantly they are able safeguard themselves.
Easy, friendly, reliable and trustworthy! A free 4 week trial worked for me, and after signing up genuinely not expensive at all to teach my children a karate skill that will stay with them forever.
